When RealCam3 is started (by double-clicking on your desktop icon), it also starts the RealCam3 Uploader program. This program runs in the background from your Windows 10 System Tray:

If you click on the tray icon (shown above), you should see the RealCam3 Uploader window:

Much of the time, this widow will be empty (as shown above), but if you have recently recorded a video, you may see it here. Any videos shown here are awaiting upload to our secure cloud servers.

In the event that you consistently see multiple videos listed in this window, it could mean that RealCam3 is having difficulties uploading your video files. If that is the case, please open a support ticket with us and we’ll assist you in resolving the issue.

Note: clicking the “x” in the upper-right corner of the RealCam3 Uploader window will terminate the uploader; it will not restart until RealCam3 is used the next time. It is preferable, after viewing this window, to minimize rather than close (see below).
